What You’ll Do:
- Present F&I products and protection packages to customers in a consultative, compliant manner
- Secure vehicle financing through a strong lender network and dealership relationships
- Maximize backend gross while ensuring a smooth, pressure-free experience for customers
- Work closely with Sales Managers and the Business Office to ensure timely deal funding
- Maintain accurate deal jacket compliance and adherence to state/federal regulations
- Track performance metrics such as PVR, product penetration, and CSI
- Contribute to a positive, customer-first culture across the sales and finance team
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of F&I management experience in a franchised dealership
- Proven track record of strong product sales and finance approvals
- Clear understanding of F&I products (VSC, GAP, prepaid maintenance, etc.)
- High level of ethics, compliance knowledge, and customer service orientation
- Detail-driven, organized, and team-focused
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, volume-driven environment
