Dealer Advantage Group is seeking a dynamic, driven, and connected Director of Sales to join our rapidly growing team. You’ll partner with another Director of Sales to co-lead a defined territory, supporting our established network of independent dealerships while actively expanding our reach across the region.

This is not a traditional sales job. We’re looking for someone with a consultant’s mindset—a strategic partner who understands the unique challenges facing dealers today and can help them identify opportunities for growth. You’ll serve as a trusted advisor, not just a vendor, bringing insight, value, and professionalism to every interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Grow and manage relationships with independent dealerships in your assigned region
Collaborate with your regional sales counterpart to deliver dealer-first solutions
Serve as a strategic consultant and long-term partner to your dealer clients
Represent Dealer Advantage Group with authenticity, credibility, and trust
Build and manage a strong, targeted sales pipeline through outreach and referrals

Proven experience in the automotive retail or F&I industry
A strong network within the independent dealership community
A consultative, solutions-oriented mindset
Self-motivated, highly accountable, and driven to exceed expectations
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
